John Rigney has thirty years' experience in consumer marketing research
and strategic planning for Fortune 500 companies. In
1993, he founded Rigney and Associates, a marketing research consultancy
which serves clients in consumer financial services, packaged goods,
restaurants, retail food, publishing, transportation, and trade association
management.

How
we work:
Listen to your marketing and operations executives describe their needs;
Help bring clarity to your marketing objectives;
Translate your marketing objectives into research objectives and, when
called for, design custom programs to address those research objectives;
Implement studies using appropriate methods - internal sales analysis,
survey research, focused group interviews, competitor analysis, etc.;
and
Translate research findings into action recommendations, communicating
recommendations to sales, marketing, or operations executives in laymen's
terms.
